If poligamy is illegal why is there a controversy with CPS, is this agency within there rights, when the law is alreay being broken??? If this was a known drug house, would anyone oppose it? Would there be lawyers defending drug dealers?? The idea is to protect the children. What about the allegations of defrauding the government, accepting assistance, isn't that breaking the law? They eluded the law in another state to hide in plain sight here in Texas. Why is this allowed??? I'm enraged I work for a company that does not provide me with healthcare, has not considered giving a raise, yet can send a team of attorneys to protect pediphiles, poligamist, wife beating, defrauders, & liars, that qualify for government funds & healthcare, I can not qualify for, but yet my tax dollars are paying for!!

I recently called 911 to report a man being robbed at knife point, I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS, the operator began a scripted series of question, something to the effect of in order to better serve you, here are some quesitons we need to ask, I'm thinking how is this going to better serve this guy who may be getting stabbed to death by the two teenage males robbing him? As I continued to answer a series of detailed questioning, the operator finallly said ok thank you mame I will now dispatch a unit to your location, this seem to take about approximately 5 minuets, 5 WHOLE MINUETS THAT WERE SO CRUCIAL and I could not understand why this operator did not say a unit is being dispatch to your location, WHAT IS YOUR EMERGENCY!!! HPD DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 90 MINS LATER, I had heard of this occuring before but brushed it off as a lack of communication between a caller giving incorrect information, perhaps even a language barrier, THIS CLEARLY WAS NOT THE CASE, SHOULD I HAVE JUST SAID A MANS GETTING STABBED AND HUNG UP???? THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED IN SPRING BRANCH AT 2PM, A HIGH CRIME AREA, THERE IS HPD STORE FRONT LESS THAT 2 MIN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
