Do we need all those toll roads running all the way across Texas. I mean would it make the roads even more crowed with all the cars lined up to pay toll. Also people can move away from their little town to a another city. Than what will happen?? We have already a bunch of tolls to pay. If it is to control traffic than thats a different thing!! There will be a way to avoid paying the toll just by moving. I think the small towns may not approve of such a plan. What is the whole point of this toll road deal??? I think there is really no point of putting them for money. I mean put them in the areas where people use certain roads alot and where they can make good use. Not in some small town.. All I want to know what is the point of the Toll Roads???

It is kind of like a VIP road. Alot of people don't want to pay 1,2 or 3 dollars a day to get home but I do and I benefit. On the other hand, across Texas and in small town is probably a different story.

BTW how do you alter the text like that??
