It should be a life sentence without eligibility for parole (EVER). But I'll watch the interview tomorrow night.

I thought it was 1984. One of the issues brought up in his appeals was the fact that his accomplice, Helen, was given a deal of 10 years probation in exchange for her testimony against him. The deal was not disclosed to the jury. The Supreme Court took issue with such differing sentences for the same crime, and the nondisclosure of the sweet deal. If this guy gets out, the prosecutor's office is to blame.

The interview will be interesting to watch. I think his parole should be denied. From death to life to walking the streets - why do we even bother with juries?

"Should The Animal Be Paroled?"

Only if he's paroled to Mexico or New Orleans. Fair's fair.

I do not know much about this case, but am not a believer in parole for people like this. Why didn't He die with lethal injection? Why does our system do this?It is wrong to force us to take care of a menace to society Give Him a last meal and put Him in the Hands of the Almighty.

We almost had a serial killer parolled! Thank goodness he was wanted in a different state for other crimes, or he would be walking amongst us. With an average of 10 years' worth of appeals for each man on death row, it's a wonder this doesn't happen more often.
