poor lady.  she's a 88 year old nursing home resident admitted to our ICU.  i don't think her groin had seen a wash rag since 1962.  can you imagine one of yahyamoro's rotted tilapia's (head on) soaked in urine?  mariel and i donned our "code brown" armor and mixed the following ingredients:

1 cup perineal cleanser

1/2 cup shaving cream

2 cups septi-soft concentrate

1 dash mouthwash

1 small squirt toothpaste

Mix all ingredients vigorously in hot water.  Pour immediately into basin.

(not too much mouthwash - i hear it can burn the little man in the boat)

i cranked up her sedation and we soaked and scrubbed that woman down like a volkswagon.  i then went into my personal bag and grabbed some of my plumeria vanilla lotion and rubbed her down.  i bet she hasn't smelled as fresh since her prom and we all feel better.  feel free to borrow my recipe if needed as it is not yet patented. LOL
