Just saw the video from this morning's  accident  where an  SUV  slams  head on into an ambulance.   How does that happen?     Anybody?

Good question. I thought those HOV lanes were made so that nothing like this would happen. Wasn't the last accident the result of some employee not closing the gate on time?

The SUV was in the main lanes and was clipped by another truck, which cause the SUV to flip, and land in the HOV lane. The other truck...kept going!
