BLOGGERS PICNIC A BLAST

     After all was said  and done,  today's  bloggers  picnic  was wonderful.  So refreshing to meet the faces behind  the  blogs.  Hail to PBMom, hubbie jeff and  Patrick himself  for making an appearance  to all of us.  asksealing  drove down from  Cleveland, Texas with her beautiful girls  to see   the  gang.  Dread-head  did not  dissapoint with his  dread-lockis  and was outstanding to visit with.     Foehammer and his family  were a  riot  and  their daughter was just  beautiful.  They had been to a  ceremony  to mark the end of school down at Minute Mai9d Park.  MsAugustine  drove in from Porter  with her dog  and that was  really great.  WE love  the dogs. 

    Thanks to all who came  and  so sorry to those who had  to back out.  It was so nice to hear from the bloggers  and  inspirational to know how  much bogging means to them.

    I will elaborate later  cause I just got  in from my daughter's  banquet so I am  pooped.       More on this later  but right now, I've got to go to bed.

 

    Love to all bloggers.  We'll do it again soon.

I can officially confirm that Foe is as real as his pictures. LOL. Patrick did awesome; I wasn't sure what to expect from him but today was a great day for him. It was so nice to meet SKeasling and her family and Doug and Lanny and Kagua and her dog Zoey, and Foe and his lovely wife and daughter and the very funny Dreadhead. Dread -- We thought the umbrella left on the table belonged to Kagua, but when she left, she didn't take it, so did you put it down again and forget it? If so, we have it. Kagua -- If it is yours, let me know, too. I'm not sure I want to see the pictures. I need to lose a lot more weight before I'll be happy with a picture of me. We enjoyed ourselves and look forward to the next time. And if we go to this park again, I'll bring Maddie next time and less food. Missed everyone who couldn't make it.

No, the umbrella was not mine. I had a great time and it was a wonderful experience meeting those who attended. The pictures turned out fine; PBMom, you look good! I really enjoyed meeting your family; your husband is a riot!

randy, thanks for the divine picture.............I loved " Lust in the Dust." All John Waters films are delicious.

I love my job at Fox, who else gets to see so much of Houston and meet so many out of this world people? What a gig!
