Please support my gospel rap ministry next Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the House of Hope Fellowship church located at 11240 FM 1960 ste 406, Houston, Texas 77065. We are having a SATURDAY NITE LIVE event (it's free of charge) and Minister Geary Kellum of FM 1140 will be in attendance as well as numerous other singers and gospel rap artist. Our mission is to teach and reach the youth (and adults) through our ministry and provide a positive outlet for self expression. (my rap moniker is K-MoR, Kim-Messenger of Rap). I absolutely love, LoVe, LOVE the 80's music! Since Melinda Spaulding's Theme Song blog is so much fun, I thought about this topic. What group made you dance, sing and party to the break of dawn? A few of my favorite songs were: Your Love by The Outfield, Slow Jam by Atlantic Starr and too many more to name; groups were RunDMC, Def Leppard, Duran Duran, Whodini, New Edition, etc and favorite artist was Michael Jackson.

First off, I love God and His son Jesus Christ! I love music and have sung in the choir (alto) since I was in elementary school. I love basketball (playing and watching it on tv), I write poetry and short stories, gospel/educational raps, play dominoes and spades, and love being with my husband of 18 years (together 21 years), our 20 year old daughter and 17 year old son. People say that I'm: crazy, fun, silly, hilarious, a great friend, smart, talented...I guess I'll stop there, you get the picture :-)
