The word has been issued, the city of Baton Rouge is under a curfew....It's mandatory. The curfew is in effect from 8:00 p.m. Monday night until 6:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. Mayor Kip Holden says it will be strictly enforced. The only exemptions allowed will be people who are going to work.
