Traffic
I realize that Houston has more than its fair share of traffic nightmares, but there is one in particular that keeps getting worse and worse. If you live in the Copperfield/Bear Creek area (Far West Houston), you know all too well that traveling on Highway 6 between Kieth Harrow and Longenbaugh, in either direction, can be a chore. Not only have the businesses sprung up along the highway, but they keep building more and more houses in the area, which has all of lanes of Highway 6 filled with bumper-to-bumper traffic from sun-up to sun-down. Here recently, they did a nice job repaving the road. However, it has created an even bigger problem. When they repaved, they forgot some of the sensors for the red lights and they are all screwed up. That is even causing more headaches for the ridiculous traffic. They really need to correct those mistakes and install the sensors to eliminate some of the traffic problems. I try to avoid Hwy. 6 at all costs, but with everything I need being on that road, it is hard.
