Hmmm--
This is a "hard one" for Cookie--
Cookie wants to be christian & love his neighbors--
When your neighbor wants to "use you" or "take advantage of your hospitality", it becomes a problem--

Please do not take this as racist, or prejudicial, it is "just food for thought"--

Involving illegal immigration, we have several scenarios:
We have the TYPICAL "ILLEGAL"  that sneaks across the border,  can't speak the language, & does menial labor, steals, stands on street corners & they are easily identifiable--These can be dealt with by ICE--
The pose a "problem" but mostly that they need to "utilize whatever means are necessary to exist like stealing"--
Then there are the one that sneak across--know/learn our language, & through their "wily guile", they lay up & spawn millions of babies to become citizens, take our jobs at a lower pay rate, & SLOWLY infiltrate our system--
They "ALLY" themselves to unsuspecting americans, become members of society, & LOWER our standard of living!!
They utilize EVERY loophole to drain our social system of funds, prey upon our generosity, & like cockroaches they "multiply"--to gain control--
THESE are the MOST dangerous--because they DON'T have the intelligence OR "american pride" to keep our standards!
THEN--when these "MILLIONS" of "legal?" children reach a working age--they will compete with YOUR children for jobs--
They will take jobs away from "AMERICANS" & because of their "inherited double-digit IQ"--perhaps our standards will decline--??
Cookie thinks it is a DEVIOUS, INGENIUS plan to "eventually take over this country"--
The ONLY reason we defeated them at San Jacinto--was through the "perception & ingenuity" of Sam Houston & others leaders!
Were they "legal" it would be a problem, that would be mostly "conscientious"--
Since they are "CRIMINALS" they should be dealt with "legally"--

Cookie also believe that this "born citizen" law is the greatest threat to America--?

NOW--the reason for this post--
Cookie has read some posts where a blogger "seems to be utilizing" this ploy--
He has little talent--& by exibiting a "Come join me" attitude--utilizing a "comical, friendly, attitude" He has allied himself to MANY a unsuspecting viewer--??
Not so sure this is good--but Cookie will not "play into this game"--
The only reason He has NOT been successful with his ploy--is that business  leaders realize he has "little talent", & "little to offer"--
Cookie thinks maybe "having a friend will cost TOO much"--??
Cookie wants HIS friends (who are few) to be GENUINE--??
"MANY" a employer "fall prey to this ploy" which is the most USEFUL tool  of "aspiring devious people"----
Many a "CON ARTIST" has used this "ploy successfully" to ally themselves to you--gain your confidence--then rip you off--??

IF--Cookie is wrong in this assessment--his apologies are in order--
Just thoughts from Cookie--for whatever they are worth---??

Me thinks your thoughts are shared by many others. If we are to think; that is a good thing. If we are to condemn others to boost our own ego; perhaps that may not be a good thing.
I recall a time when President Reagan referred to a wall in a description of "an evil empire"; that was a good thing because the wall eventually came down.
Times change as your description of the Battle of San Jacinto clearly shows. It was not that long ago that getting "on the dole" was a matter of shame; it seems now that there are those who take great pride in receiving their government check. We currently are building fences just to the south. We have changed. We seem to be no wiser; although we have never had as many college graduates in America as we now have.
Perhaps we may recall a time in our nation's history when your words might have been spoken about us, perhaps by the American Indian.
If we are to grow, we must change. Not all of those changes will be good ones, but if we learn from them we will profit. If we refuse to profit; we will fall. All the king's horses and all the king's men will not change that.

Love your Fox ID---
Very good, positive, points--
I appreciate your response--

I blog to learn, to discuss--to note quirks, ploys, gigs, & differences in people--
Life has been good to Cookie--& I have played every game--
Love to watch some members do their thing--

There are many MUCH more astute members than Cookie on here, & they are VERY sharp--
I am sure they catch the gists as well--THEY just keep it to themselves--
BUT--I like to (sometimes) mention my opinions-& judge the reaction--??
Sometimes methinks you protesteth too much--??

I just hope it does not get me in trouble with ALL the members, as noone wants to be a social outcast--??

Cookie, do NOT apologize for your opinions. If people's feelings get hurt by them, too bad, then they need to butch up. They don't have to read them. When I get those "poor me" notes, I just say, "Did you never hear sticks & stones?" We've gotten so afraid as a country of "offending" each other we've PC'd ourselves into weakness. One blogger said I was a real head case..did I run, boohooing into a corner and lick my wounds. Nope. Sticks and stones, no hard feelings..
Now, I was told that one BIG reason we won the Battle of San Jacinto was that Santa Ana, being a typical male, not to mention a typical HISPANIC/LATINO whatever the correct term is, was busy being entertained by a w***e known as the "Yellow Rose of Texas". Legend, perhaps, but most people know that MOST legends are based in fact. And I know from the SJ Monument re-enactment that we surprised them during a siesta, so THAT much holds up. Is it such a stretch, knowing the libido of most latino men?
And the truth is, the truth HURTS, and makes people MAD. So when you get an outcry, chances are you've hit the nail on the head.
So keep it up, Cookie...let the chocolate chips fall where they may!!

Well, MIK--from the grapevine--I think sceptic has "had to give it up"-
The mexicans won this one, with their "cowardly sniveling" & I hear Fox supported the mexican!
Just another case of Poor management, maybe-?
I have seen comments about "putting bullets in your head" that got no retribution.
Now "THAT is a ATTACK"!!
He will be back, so I hear, in another media.
I blogged with him on another site.
I hope so--so refreshing with his rhetoric.

These mexicans are getting quite astute with their "crybaby" antics--
Not good for America, but when the showdown comes, we may see.
Thank you for your response.

COOKIE!!!!!
With that said, Change for the good of America is what we want. On this account, Mexico has clearly voiced what they plan to do. For us to hand them our heads on a silver platter is sickening to the wise.
As far as history, by the pricking of my thumb, something wicked this way comes.

The cookie monster-- is a person in the twilight of my career, who believes in speaking the truth, as I see it, regardless of the consequences. It is not the "best thing sometimes" to do, but only in addressing problems, can we change them! I have lived in multiple societies, played every game, and been a success in almost every venture I have entered. I've endured many trials, which gives me a unique ability to have an intelligent opinion on diverse subjects. I am cautious of schemes developed by others. I am not perfect, or judgemental. I do NOT want to appear to be a "Know-it all" I am a devout Christian who early in life developed a "path with God", have stayed on the same path and devotion throughout my life. I don't blog for popularity. I blog in hopes "I" can learn something--in hopes I can help someone else--& address the serious side of life.
