I am running a cheetah beauty contest............

Dr. Marker in Nambia Africa

keeps teasing me about how her cheetah chewbaka is better and prettier than chancey. So I told her I would let the blogging community decide. I told her Chancey will take him out everytime. So you be the judge. I have photos of both. So let me know who you prefer. Oh, if you like Chewbaka better it is ok. But there will be no free Chancey book for you..........just kidding.

Anyway be honest, I am hoping to show Dr. Marker the results from this page.

Oh, and FYI-Trish called me this morning from San Diego Californ-I-A.

Chancey passed with flying colours and is now the American Represenitive for the CCF...She and Trish will be going into schools and on tours to raise awarness of cheetah endangerment.

Me I am here in the big Zapple doing my Gonzo thing...Oh, anyone figure out my use of Zapple? John Lennon fans would know....

Anyway, here are the pictures, YOU BE THE JUDGE.

ago. A friend of ours said Trish and I and Dr. Marker

were like silly parents showing off photos of our kids.

Forgot to add this.
As a rep.for the CCF Chancey will now be featured in all thier mags. And the animal planet will be doing a 30 special on Chancey's first visits. Trish will be handling her for that.Wish I could be there, but none the less
what she told me it will be on animal planet in March 2008..So if anyone wants to see her in action give the tv guide for animal planet a good lucking over in march. There will also be advertisements over that as well. The show will be titled "CHANCEY, THE AMERICAN CCF AMBASADOR"..Will update everyone when able.
SO DONT MISS IT....

Congratulations! Let us know when the AP show will air; I always watch that channel. Anyhow, maybe because I am biased, but by far, Chancey wins, hands down. She has way more personality and such a regal posture!

I watch Animal Planet all the time, so I'll watch for the show.

Looks like Chancey is the younger of the two, but they're both georgeous cheetahs.

Voting: I have to agree with kugua2, I think that Chancey has more personality.

This is a totally nonbiased vote--promise. I like Chancey's spots/markings better. Sorry Dr. Marker. Chewbaka is very beautiful. But isn't that how beauty pageants always go??? The one with the better spots/markings wins?

Animal Planet! WOW!!!! I can't wait. Even will have to buy the DVD (and they will need to make that available--the channel--so the proceeds can go to Dr. Marker. Then I can say, "I know of someone who owns a cheetah and look at this beautiful animal."

Really love Chancey's markings too, plus she dazzles with personality. Thanks PBMom for saying that about Chancey, because it reminded me also why she is so beautiful. Plus, I really like Chancey's personality. She sparkles with charisma. Sorry Dr. Marker, I know that Chewbaka is a sweetie (Miss Congeniality). See, everyone comes out a winner. Keep us posted on the Animal Planet.

Wait I think Chewbaka is male, therefore he would have to be awarded Mr. Congeniality. If Chancey is male, take all of the references out with she and replace with he.

Sassy: Chancey is a female. Cybertooth told me she has had baby tigers before. The idea of little Chancey's around is just too cute.

Chancey had baby cheetahs...Baby tigers would be a trick.lol....
Anyway, I have posted new photos of Chancey, her two litters of cubs and her mate both times
all the way from the San Diego Zoo. King George.

Sorry. I just lump cheetahs with tigers. I'm still learning. They are sooooooo adorable. King George -- wow. What a beautiful, beautiful animal. I think I'm going to copy the one from the older litter and put it as a screensaver on my computer for awhile. A definite awwwwwwwwhhhh moment. Are cheetahs monogamous? So did Chancey go through mood swings while she was pregnant?

Monogamous,no. We only took chancey there twice because her and King George got along.
Didayaho was the first male she was taken too but she couldnt stand him. She scratched and bit him so we tried King George and she took to him. But yes she was moody, but with the trouble she caused, one of us had to stay at the zoo both times. And for the whole pregnancy of both. If one of us were not there she would dig out of the enclosement.
Anyway, glad you enjoy the photos, though on your earlier post, you can say you know someone who owns a cheetah. Though I did hear from Trish today. She and Chancey are now at the Aspen house for a few days then its off to
Denver for the first school appearance for the CCF. Though me, I am off to "The Farm" Then later am meeting up with Arlo Guthrie...So I am being kept busy as well....
Will keep all posted about show, DVD and magazines. Trish told me Chancey has had alot of photos taken for the magazine. Most were shot in our backyard.So until then remember...
YOU CAN GET ANYTHING YOU WANT AT ALICE'S RESTAURANT............LOL............
