Friday mornings performance by the young with a guitar was atrocious!

It makes you wonder "Who's kid He was"?

Though a NICE young man, with a lot of potential, He has little musical talent!

It reminded me of ME, as a youth when I first got a guitar!

Perhaps a trip to see Simon will disuafe his musical future.

Not meaning to be uncouth, or judgemental, but I guess "pickins are slim" --

Man you know what...when he was warming up and doing sound check he sounded pretty good. Seriously, I thought he had a great voice all morning when he was warming up.

He was cute kid--but I just thought He had "little talent"!
I was surprised that ANYONE--thought He had any talent!!!

Now I know what "I" looked/sounded like when I auditioned before my parents as a youth, comparing myself to Elvis!!!

Thank you for your responses--

Those songs he sang were definitely humorous. It was funny. But, from a musical standpoint I'm thinking Simon would have said: "Apalling, abso-LUTE-ly apalling. I mean did you seriously think we wanted to hear that while eating our morning breakfast?"

His voice was good, but the songs were a bit wacky...LOL

Just a senior citizen who has a college degree, has been VERY successful in life because of a relationship with my God--
I can probably live out my life in a comfortable status, barring some horrendus social collapse!
I state my views, in hopes someone gets something out of them, & could care less what my detractors think!
I enjoy blogs with sensible, rational, logic, & hope to get something out of them myself--
If my stance seems arogant, I apologize, as I consider myself a humble person.
What I have learned, I feel confident in, & what others have learned, I hope to learn from.
May God bless--
