What Olympics event do you like to watch? For me, track and field. There is nothing like it! Watching those runners almost "fly" around a track. Oh, man how I wish!
If you were to participate in the Olympics, what would be your event?

What team sport did you play as a child?.. and better still, do you have pictures?

So, who is your favorite Rocket's player? Alston, Battier, Francis, Mutumbo, Ming McGrady or...???
Have you checked out the prices at local sporting events? Makes you want to carry the big purse!
What is the most you have paid for food at a sporting event!!!
Did you just get on the bus, or were you a Houston Rockets supporter before they won 22 games in a row??

My family and I traveled to Mississippi this weekend for my husband and my college homecoming. Go JSU!!!! We beat the University of Pine Bluff : 17 to 3! Our sons were less than thrilled to have to sit outside and away from computers and television, but we had a great time. The band, the cheerleaders, the well traveled alumni sporting their college colors and gear.....the sea of pom poms
Do you follow your high school or college sporting events?
Take Me Out to the Ball Game!!
It's the Boston Red Sox vs the Colorado Rockies
Who do you think will bring it home?
One of the best parts of my trip to Johannesburg South Africa is getting to hang out with a great group of people.
This is what they are doing. Check it out

I love the piece we did this morning on Mothers. Today we featured mom of Houston Rocket guard John Lucas, Jr.
Debbie is a very sweet person, I have know her for more years than I care to mention. She has always, always, put her family first.
Hats off to you.
Houston Rockets pay Tribute

I was "in the house" as the Houston Rockets bid farewell to General Manager Carroll "CD" Dawson last night after 27 years of service. CD has been GM for the last 11 years he was the assistant Coach under Rudy T when they won 2 world championships.
Halftime paid tribute to his 27 years with video messages from commissioner David Stern, Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler. He was given a 7 day trip to Hawaii, had his jersey retired (even though he never played) and had a portrait revealed, what no gold watch??
And to top it all off the Rockets beat the Suns 120-117.
Hello to Leilani Borbon with the Rockets who 'watches us all the time" and to Kenya who was busy keeping things under control at the Toyoto Center.
I also got a taste of the "Red Rouddies" What a wild, crazy and fun bunch!
Congratulations and thank you Carroll Dawson.
