Give up your favorite food

If you had to give up your favorite food for a month, could you do it?  And what would that food be?

I started a diet June 6th. I'm a hamburger junkie....absolutely addicted to them. I have not had one since I started this diet. The craving for one is starting to build, so I'm going to allow myself to have one soon. I know if I don't allow myself to give in just a tad bit, I'll completely blow it.
