This happens when I dont see my horses for weeks when Deployed... they run to me and all but LIONs... and Tigers.  You really have to do this 24-7 or else be their dinner.

You will tear up.

I saw this the other day forwarded to me via email. It truly is remarkable and moving. I cried like a baby! Some animals are truly our best friends.

I think this is so cool.
I myself have a pet cheetah Chancey.
which you can see in my photo section.
But this was really special to me. Though
we have had Chancey for 4 years and she is now
the American Ambassador for the CCF.
Oh,FYI She and my wife Trish are coming to houston in August for a show. Free of charge.
So check out my last blog as well....
I unfortunatly cant be there, I am in Israel till October this year visiting relatives...
But loved the film....

THEY ARE CRAZY AND BRAVE AT THE SAME TIME ... SIGFRIED AND ROY CONVINCED ME THAT LION AND TIGERS ARE NOT PETS . THE LION HAD A SHORT MANE LIKE ONES I HAVE SEEN IN DOCUMENTARIES ABOUT WILDLIFE IN KENYA . I'LL STAY WITH DOGS AND CATS ...

Wasn't this a young Sigfried and Roy in the video? If not, who wears their hair that way at this day and age?

Actually, it was John Rendell and Ace Berg. This video was shot in 1970 (or thereabouts)

Amazing video clip of the lion actually remembering "his human family." Totally amazing & well worth watching. Thanks so much... I couldn't help but cry. I can't have my own 2 pet pigs where I'm living now because {we have no yard.} I miss them terribly, so I have to drive over 140 miles every other week to go see & visit them. I was going every week, but now with the price of gas lately... I can't afford to go every week anymore. I can't wait until I move & get them back.
