Love him or hate him, I think few would dispute Quannel X deserves plenty of credit for helping find the bodies of those two precious children. I've never seen Quannel speechless. He actually walked away from the camera saying, "I'm through."
He's helped coerce confessions out of suspects before, but will X be in higher demand now? How do you feel about law enforcement allowing someone from the outside "in" on an investigation? In this case I was happy to see Pasadena Police's pride didn't get in the way of finding the children.
On a side note...I'm still wondering about the mother. Will she be charged with child endangerment like the mother of baby Alijah was after she let the newborn go with his father, allegedly knowing he was unstable??? Remember that father is accused of stomping Alijah to death and leaving him on the side of the road. I can't imagine Randy and Denim's mother didn't know her children might be in danger. There had to have been warning signs.

My dream has come true! I'm so thankful to report in the city that means the most to me. I'm the one in the newsroom who's excited to cover any story, from the most powerful hurricane to the most mundane city council meeting. While I certainly don't find comfort in reporting on another's troubles, the people I meet each day inspire me in some way, and I hope they affect you, too!
