While watching FOX news this morning I saw something that I am seeing way too often this campaign season. It's not a matter of black or white, male or female, old or young... This applies to the voters as well as the candidates. When you register to vote, this is a privilege. It's not just a way to pass the time or to get the little "I Voted Today" sticker... You need to know who you are voting for and why. The woman this morning from the "House of Pies" is a classic example of voters gone array. When asked why she is voting for Obama, she couldn't give a reason other than saying she thinks he will help the poor people. This was after she said she didn't follow politics very well. Look people, this is not a popularity, racial or gender contest, this is finding the right person to run our Country. Each person who exercises their right to vote, owes the People of this Country the time it takes to learn what each candidate is trying to do (or undo) for ALL of us. You look both ways before crossing the road don't you? Why should this be any different? Think about it....~! PLEASE

ANd they better have the basics when they vote. Not to be like Jay Leno Jay walking people who cant even name the VP and others in office but can name American Idol people.

ANd think before voting...not voting skin or anti skin. Like Dennis Miller once said, "I am not concerned about Obama's skin color but how thick it is"

My name is Dawn. My blogs should say enough about me~! I have many blogs on myspace but decided to try a new forum. Some of them are funny, some of them serious. They're all just my little way of trying to make sense of this crazy thing we all call life. If I make new friends in the process, even better....
