That's right... give this site your phone number... and they will call you at anytime you want and keep calling you until you acknowledge that you are actually awake. It's not free, but it's not expensive. It does have a free trial period.

Any heavy sleepers in here? I'm not... in fact... I usually wake up 2 or 3 minutes before my alarm goes off. What a body clock! I am constantly amazed by my ability to do that. Does that happen to anyone else?

I can do that too! I wake up, look at the clock and it's 2 to 5 minutes before the wake up time.
My favorite time is when I look at the clock and suddenly remember IT'S SATURDAY!

ha! i wish i could do that. i'm a "snoozer". i usually set my alarm for 15 minutes before i actually have to get up and then press the snooze a few times before actually waking up.

Because I work nights and sleep during the day, I don't have a phone in my bedroom. However, I have a beeper that can wake the dead and if school has to call me because of a Patrick emergency (sick, seizure, etc.) they know they better call my beeper. I have to actually sleep with ear plugs just to keep out the noise of the rest of the world on their normal day cycle.

Yes ! I wake up a half hour earlier than the alarm goes off, my husband just hates that, he is a snooze button fan

How lazy was he?????


He had a snoose button installed on his Smoke Alarms!
