My title is a Quote from a fellow blogger. This one hit home for me. The toxic FEMA trailers issued to Hurricane Katrina survivors are contaminated with formaldehyde.

I read this the other day wow what a mess. Fema what a joke this makes me so mad how can we be safe from our own Government. How many kids have and are being harm by a Government who only cares about their power, and creating a broken down Department run by a bunch of losers like the department of Fema. How does this happen?

If people would just put themselves in that position.... It's sad because this happens in most major companies.

The truth is that pretty much all manufactured homes have formaldehyde contamination. It has been a known problem for years. Please do your research and get the facts. Visit a manufacturer and see for yourself. Don't give into more whining about how Katrina people are once again victims, especially after they have had free rent for how many years now??? Not to mention free health care and food stamps, free bus passes, free debit cards loaded with cash. Of course this isn't all free as tax payer foot the bill. This victim mentality is old already and it's time for them to get off their butts and do something for themselves.

First, beggars can't be choosers. Trailer beats the streets doesn't it?

Second, ALL trailers have formaldehyde. When you buy one, be it a mobile home, RV, camp trailer, whatever, the owners manual recommends you airing it out as much as possible until it has some wear on it. You don't read the manual? Boo hoo. Your problem.

Third..the Katrina suckers need to get off gov't booby. It's been over TWO YEARS, people? Enough is enough!!

That makes a lot of sense, mik. I'm weary of hearing about Katrina. After what I saw in the Superdome, I won't knowingly give those bas$3#ds a dime.

Both my brothers in law were volunteers in the Astrodome. The Superdome portrayed the majority, (not ALL) of these people very accurately. Both my sisters are in the apartment biz..don't even get me started on how the majority of these refugees behaved when everything was GIVEN to them on a silver platter.

I felt badly for them at first...but then, after actually DEALING with them? They shoulda stayed in NO.
