Has anybody heard anything from the film critic guy that came on the fox morning news?? Everyday I log in thinking I am going to read his blog about the dark knight or see him on the morning news show but I haven't heard anything yet... FOX 26 WHAT DID YA'LL DO TO HIM??? If your out there and you are just hiding then come back and post a blog about the BIGGEST movie of the summer and how it's making spiderman look like that god awful ben afleck and jennifer lopez movie....( Can't think of the name). FOX 26 need's him to come back share his point of views. If your with me on this one then write blogs or send e-mails to bring the film critic guy back.

I don't understand this either. Where did he go? I keep watching and haven't seen him since the Will Smith film...

I'm wondering the same thing. I sent an email asking about him to the producer and haven't received an answer. Does anyone know what happened?

Ive always liked the idea of having a film critic to get the scoop on upcoming movies..I really liked him. He's not only funny he's cute too! =-) Bring him back! Cause if not, I might just have to watch the cBs critic..blah..he's not as funny or adorable...

Entertainment television has been known to make a snap judgment about programming after only a couple of showings. However, Most long-running, critically-acclaimed shows have needed time to build their audiences. Seinfeld started very slow but built to a dynamic finish.

Who would have thought that a local, middle-aged, television novice would have built a thirty-plus career as a troubleshooting reporter, beloved by Houston audiences. Marvin Zindler was despised too. But he had great ratings along the way. Ratings make money in television.

So you might think that allowing the film critic more than two or three segments would be the way to find that unique Houston audience that would solidify morning show ratings. Rational thought would suggest that the critic should appear EVERY week to keep us tuned in. Perhaps Fox News needs to be convinced. But it's going to take more than 10 replies to this blog to define an audience response in favor of a local, dedicated film critic.

By all means, post a reply here or start a new thread about our missing film critic. The next fifty replies may get their attention. However, it may be time to call or write the station as well. Our message may not be getting through to the top decision maker.
