I just watched Randy's investigative story on the insane corruption of New Caney ISD's school board.  These people seem to think that they can make up laws by themselves any time they want!  What's even worse is that they have a police force which seems to go along with it.  What if a city mayor did this?  or a governor?  or a president?

Imagine if during a White House press conference President Bush told the press that if they ask questions they'd be arrested?  Sounds like China or North Korea doesn't it?  Something has to be done about this.  Keep us posted Randy!

Does it make you wonder what else they've strong armed? Maybe they're used to intimidating people and no one asking questions.. .that is a scary combination.

This does not surprise me in the LEAST after what the cops in New Caney did during the Rita evacuation.

They had ARMED OFFICERS surrounding the Shell station there, turning people away who needed gasoline.

I KNOW this, cause I was one of the people turned away.

Rick Cowan is a coward, He uses a school credit card to buy beer, you would think someone that makes 162 grand a year he could afford to buy it with his own money.Gene Gregory is the president of the school board and he owes 30,000 in back taxes. My husband was also kicked out of the meeting when he asked questions. They have a lot to hide

This is how stupid they are at NCISD. My husband found out alot about the misuse of tax money and he confronted them at the meeting. In retalation against him, my 14 year old grand daughter got in a fight with a 14 year BOY and she got 3 days suspention, 2 weeks in sak ,3 weeks in TLC and 1 day JJ. The boy got NOTHING

Mik, that happened to me, also! I was at the Shell station @ 59 and FM 1485 and was threatened with arrest if I entered! I forgot about that until you mentioned it. I have had problems with the school district, too. I hope Randy buries them!

Yes, Kauga2, they threatened me too. My sister said she could see me getting madder and madder and that's when she ran up and said, "Mik, Mom just called, the storm turned, and we're going home."
And a 14 hour journey turned into a 25 minute drive home.
NEVER AGAIN!!

Hello, this is Mike Iscovitz, meteorologist for Fox 26 News. When I'm not at work, I'm spending time with my wife and beautiful twin girls. They are an incredible blessing. In addition to the twins we have to keep up with our somewhat obese but lovable Siamese mix Casper, and our scrappy, spunky Yorkie named Sammy. When I have free time (which I don't) I try to emulate two of my idols, Jimmy Page and Arnold Schwarzenegger by working out and trying to play my Gibson. Contact me at iscovitz@fox26.com
