I knew as a young mom that some day the day would come when someone would judge me for being that, a young mom. That day came about a week ago.....I don't want to get into detail about it but I just want to say that when you see a young mom don't automatically think just because she is young that she is a bad mom. We are not all on drugs or neglecting our kids just because of our age.
I did not choose to become a mother at such a young age.....I had something terrible happen to me and as a result of it i was blessed with my gift from God...my oldest son Elijah. I fell madly in love with my elementry school sweetheart and he feel in love with my unborn child. We married shortly after that and I found out while pregnant with our daughter that I had shown signs of cervical cancer....After treatment and treatment trying to get rid of it and after the birth of our 3rd child, our son...The doctors said it would be best you get my tubes tied b/c it just wasn't safe for me to get pregnant again. So the way I look at it...If I hadn't became a young mother than I may have missed out on my chances to be a mother at all. I am still have signs of the precancerpous cells and am afraid of what my future may hold for me...
So if you see a young woman with kids.Try and remember that you may not know her story...maybe try and shoot her a smile instead of a frown. You might just make her day.....

I first of all want to say that I thought it was great! The best that I have seen on the show actually! I really enjoyed it! While they were putting on their show i decided to go back to teh live chat even thought I knew that Lanny wasn't there anymore just to see if people were talking about how good you guys were....Of course they were saying you were no good but they must have been deaf b/c i thought that ya'll were GREAT!!!! You rocked the house! Had me and the kids dancing! Keep up the great work and you guys always make my morning a good one! :)

Well from what I hear Brittany's preformance at the MTV Music awards. was once again not as good as she use to be! She just didn't look like she was in to it or like she had practiced at all. I do feel for the girl. As a young mother myself I know how hard it can be when you have children back to back. As I always say though it was my choice, as it was hers, to have children young so you have to suck it up and deal with it. I just wish that she would take time off and concentrate on her children and herself. She is still young and could have a better come back in the future. She needs to get back in shape and mentaliy re-group from having her children....This is just my opinion...What do you all think!?

So friday night I look outside and the sky is the most beautiful I've seen in awhile....I couldn't help but to go outside and just stare up into the sky. I had to grab the camera and capture the moment! It was beautiful and I wanted to share it with you all incase you didn't see it or it looked different from your view!
I did nothing to this photo...The sky was lighting up the entire town in a beautiful shade of pink! I hope you all enjoy the photo! Mwah!

Ok so it had been raining not to hard in Bellville around 4:45 so the kids and I head out to Cat Spring to pick up their father and brother from the in-laws (they just got home from hunting). The whole entire ride their it was raining but I did not see any lightening at all. We pull into the drive right as they are to pulling in. They park over by the barn and yes it is raining but I decide to go ahead and park by them so they can unload their stuff into my truck. I get the 2 and 3 year old out and say ok lets run so we don't get to wet. We make it half way there and CRACK I see a flash of white light and BOOM!!!! WE all scream and I grab them both and dart to the door as fast as I could. That was it for the lightening. Man did it scare me. What exactly causes lightening??I really wish I would have paid more attention in school. It wasn't even raining hard at all....???? Mother Nature sure gave us a good scare....

My heart truly goes out to those whom were hurt or had love ones who were hurt or killed in the collapse of the Bridge. It is truly my worst nightmare come true for them. HOW DOES A BRIDGE JUST SIMPLY COLLAPSE? This has truly made me concerned to drive on any bridge that I know has been around as long as I can remember. This is just another thing that I now have to be concerned with. How often are bridges required to be inspected??? I still can not believe that this has happened.....I am praying for everyone!!!! We need to start rebuilding bridges! Come on now. WE can not allow something like this to happen. Wear and Tear should require a new bridge... TDot needs to repair all of the bridges that have an ERosion probelms at all. They need to fix these problems.... That was a massive bridge that collapsed...Oh my gosh.....those poor people....From what I am hearing Houston has a pretty good program for inspecting bridges but I don't know it still concerns me.
