But why when we have our own inmate crowding our prisons, should we need to support illegal foreign nationals criminals?

Today we cannot even deport them and breathe a sigh of relief, because it seems like days before the return via the porous fence to violate our penal laws.

A new AMNESTY is in the works from Senator Obama, McCain which will flood America with even more of poor, illiterate foreign labor. McCain is a 'dark horse' because his original stand with pro-illegal immigrant groups.  How can we trust either McCain to seal our border, when he is a hard-core globalist?

Not just Postville, Iowa meatpacking facility in violation of the law. How many more nefarious companies out their, violating safety and immigration laws. Big Business Lobbyists Want Another Chance To Kill E-Verify In 3 Years

The most effective government program against illegal immigration is again under attack behind the scenes in the U.S. House of Representatives.

A couple of weeks ago, I came to you to stop another attack on E-Verify. Within 24 hours, your phone calls and faxes had been so heavy that the attackers backed off.

But now they are back, battling behind the scenes to weaken the program. Their main point is that they want to re-authorize E-Verify for only three years.

We want it authorized permanently, but will accept a 10-year re-authorization.

The national big business lobbyists are frustrated that there is too much public support for E-Verify right now for them to kill the program. So, they are trying to make sure that they have another chance to kill it or water it down in just three years (when perhaps the public is not paying so much attention).

You may remember that the program was created by Congress in 1996 as a pilot program. It had to be reauthorized every few years until it was completely proven. That time is here again. If Congress doesn't pass a reauthorization by November, it will die, and the 70,000 businesses currently using it will lose their program for ensuring that they aren't hiring illegal workers.

Every month, the list of states, counties and cities that are requiring contractors and others to use E-Verify is growing. The fewer jobs available to illegal aliens, the more illegal aliens who will go back to their home countries.

The Ways and Means Committee is trying to weaken the E-Verify program by entertaining a proposal that would only reauthorize the program for three years. It is clear that certain members on the Committee are bowing to pressure from corporate lobbyists who want the opportunity to destroy the bill in the near future.

End any chance of complaints against police departments, (ICE) Immigration  Enforcement, Marshall's, by pursuing the pariah employer. Funding is limited under current immigration laws, because Democrats have gutted most appropriations. Instead of going after illegal immigrants, that can lead to mistakes. We must enact the Federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) and go after the real culprits.

It would be interesting to know who was murdered, before they even had the chance of coming forward. Today Los Angeles is like a preying mantis, that lurks for it's next defenseless victim. The next gang member hit, because that person walked into the wrong neighborhood. Are their any statistics of how many murders have been perpetrated by illegal aliens? How many children have been accosted for nefarious purposes? How many burglaries are being performed in LA communities.
