Wes Welker was the star of today's Super Bowl for me.  He is 5'-9", 185 lbs. of Patriot football dynamite.  I have been watching professional football for a great many years, but have never seen anyone even remotely that quick before.  All the other players looked like they were moving in slow motion by comparison.   Great things sometimes do come in small packages.  Except for the excellent defensive line play of the Giants and Welker's catching and running, the rest of the game was too sloppily played to be of much interest to me.  I seriously believe that, judging by the poor play of both quarterbacks, the Cowboys could have beaten either of those teams on a good day quite easily had the Giants or Patriots played as they did this evening.  Super Bowls are rarely well played and more is the pity.

Life for me is simple but pleasant as I often enjoy visiting with several entertaining friends and watching a good VCR, DVD, clean television or going out for a sandwitch at Subway or a healthburger at Braums. Sometimes we work together re-modeling my home.
