Radio contest...Are you a believer?

I was just wondering...Does anyone here ever win off the radio?  Prizes, trips, money, tickets to concerts, whatever?  I have but others say, not possible.

I have won something from a radio station. It was talk radio on AM frequency, and it was what was known as "Stump the Chump". This is where you tell a joke to a panel of comedians, and if they can't tell you the punchline, you win. I got a bumper sticker, keychain and tickets to a movie.

I've been winning radio contests since I was a teenager. One year...I want to say it was Power 104, (that's what we used to call it!) I won $104 worth of gas. It came in $5 vouches that had to be used at Diamond Shamrock. Yeah...I'm that old.

But I've won lots of movie and concert tickets in my time too.

I won stuff on the radio when I was in High School and when I Deejayed I used to give stuff away. Radio contests are legit.
