It seems to me that you don't know much about the teachings of Jesus.  Mathew 10:34-36  "Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.   For I came to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and a man's enemies will be the members of his household."

Luke 22:35-36  And He said to them, "When I sent you out without money belt and bag and sandals, you did not lack anything, did you?" They said, "No, nothing."  And He said to them, "But now, whoever has a money belt is to take it along, likewise also a bag, and whoever has no sword is to sell his coat and buy one."

The unbelieving and those opposed to the teachings of Jesus will invariably rise with deadly violence against those who believe and follow His way . . . including family members.  Defending against them is not forbidden.

When He said, "Turn the other cheek," He was talking about Dealings with our neighbors and fellows.

I did not produce and post this to be a religious discussion, or I would have posted it in the Faith Section.  (Yes, I wrote the script, I produced the video, and it is my voice over.)

Still, if you attack me on religious issues, I am prepared to defend my Faith, because I know what I believe and why i believe it, nor will I faint in the face of your opposition.

Senator Obama fails to define himself truthfully, fails to define his political position in any detail, and truly is not an agent of change in the current political system.
