Thoughts of HoMan

Are these really the people we have representing us in the juducial system.  I think she is full of it and making the allegations in return for the past arrest.  She resisted arrest and failed to sstop for police...that is against the law...and with her being a judge, she should know.  And then the place her sone was arrested was sited for pot and other illegal items....BLEEP woman...

To me, she seems nothing like a judge I would want in my courts...

Just waiting for Quanell to finish his race baiting with the horn case and I am sure they will be strutting the streets for this "judge".

We are pathetic!

Hey, there are a few judges that just feel they are ABOVE the law. I was almost run off the road one day by this idiot who was in one hell of a hurry. When I got to the light behind him his license plate explained it all. STATE JUDGE

The photo she released to the news was priceless - sidelong pitiful look. Reading between the lines she has an anger issue - she should not have been on site while the police were questioning her sons UNTIL they called her to come and pick them up. It was a police investigation of a crime scene. She hurled herself uninvited onto the scene and threw her weight around as a "judge". I thought she was an "associate" and merely taught law at the local college? Low self esteem breeds this type of overbearing behavior. Our judicial system should curtail frivolous lawsuits by stipulating "you lose - you pay" For both sides attorney fees.

This judge is a product of affirmative action.
Public funds paid for her law degree.

That's the appreciation given back to the community.

I'm on the fence about April Walker, I'm sure she's got her bad and good points, but I think she's probably right about the sheriffs department harassing her. Tommy Thomas and crew aren't exactly 'upstanding', if you know what I mean.
Barging into someones home without just cause, siezing their private property, and arresting them when they protest (rightfully so!)..then when those people file a lawsuit, the dept puts them under surveillance... they are complicit in 'dumping' emails from Chuck Rosenthals office..and if my memory serves, didn't Thomas' son accidentally (he says) shoot and kill someone, and nothing was done to him?
I THINK, and I'm not sure about this, that Walker sided with the Ibarras on their false arrest complaint against the HSCO, which put her in their sights for retaliation. They arrested her for 'impersonating a public servant'...come on, she's a JUDGE!!
Like MOST people in authority (race withstanding) she probably does expect (and usually GETS) special treatment for her kids. Mayor White did for his drunk driving daughter. So did the judge whose drunk driving daughter KILLED her boyfriend (and whose wife TRIED to blame the person her drunk kid HIT!!). So race doesn't factor in for me, here.

The fact that its the sheriffs department involved leads me to believe that she is probably RIGHT.

I am just your normal kilt wearing Texans fan. Texan born and proud of it. I have varied opinions about many issues, as you might have already read. I do like a great discussion, some would call arguements...you say tomatoe, I say tomato. Be happy while you're living, for you're a long time dead.
