So...it seems as though Kanye has stuck his foot into his face hole once again!!!!.   He was seen in New Orleans for the essence fest being nothing more than a hypocritical ass. 

He was reported as going into a uptown N.O. restraunt with his entourage, letting everyone in the place know who he is and that he expected good service because of it.  The manager then gave him the best waiter in the place.  THIS IS WHERE IT HAPPENS.  Kanye looks at the waiter and calls for a manager and asks what he thinks he is doing...wait for it...giving him a white waiter....and asks why a white waiter is even working there during essence fest?  

What in holy gods name is that about....

As a native Iowan and excellent customer of the Internal Revenue Service, I am writing to ask for your assistance. I have contacted the Department of Homeland Security in an effort to determine the process for becoming an illegal alien and they referred me to you.
 
My primary reason for wishing to change my status from U.S. Citizen to illegal alien stems from the bill which was recently passed by the Senate and for which you voted. If my understanding of this bill's provisions is accurate, as an illegal alien who has been in the United States for five years, all I need to do to become a citizen is to pay a $2,000 fine and income taxes for three of the last five years. I know a good deal when I see one and I am anxious to get the process started before everyone figures it out.
 
Simply put, those of us who have been here legally have had to pay taxes every year so I'm excited about the prospect of avoiding two years of taxes in return for paying a $2,000 fine. Is there any way that I can apply to be illegal retroactively? This would yield an excellent result for me and my family because we paid heavy taxes in 2004 and 2005.
 
Additionally, as an illegal alien I could begin using the local emergency room as my primary health care provider. Once I have stopped paying premiums for medical insurance, my accountant figures I could save almost $10,000 a year.
 
Another benefit in gaining illegal status would be that my daughter would receive preferential treatment relative to her law school applications, as well as 'in-state' tuition rates for many colleges throughout the United States for my son.
 
Lastly, I understand that illegal status would relieve me of the burden of renewing my driver's license and making those burdensome car insurance premiums. This is very important to me given that I still have college age children driving my car.
 
If you would provide me with an outline of the process to become illegal (retroactively if possible) and copies of the necessary forms, I would be most appreciative. Thank you for your assistance.

Are these really the people we have representing us in the juducial system.  I think she is full of it and making the allegations in return for the past arrest.  She resisted arrest and failed to sstop for police...that is against the law...and with her being a judge, she should know.  And then the place her sone was arrested was sited for pot and other illegal items....BLEEP woman...

To me, she seems nothing like a judge I would want in my courts...

Apparently the Obamas of Kenya have been reading those scurrilous emails to which Barack likes to refer, because they have no doubt -- contrary to the claims of the Obama campaign, that the presidential candidate was raised a Moslem. They take that as a given.

As the Jerusalem Post reports, "Barack Obama's half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background. In an interview with Army Radio he expressed a special salutation from the Obamas of Kenya."

The Obama brothers' father, a senior economist for the Kenyan government who studied at Harvard University, died in car crash in 1982. He left six sons and a daughter. All of his children - except Malik -- live in Britain or the United States. Malik and Barack met in 1985 in the US.

"He was best man at my wedding and I was best man at his," said Malik in a 2004 interview with an AP reporter. Their paternal grandfather, Onyango Hussein Obama, was one of the first Muslim converts in Nyangoma-Kogelo, Malik said."

In a remarkable denial issued last November that still stands on the official campaign website, Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs issued a statement explaining that "Senator Obama has never been a Muslim, was not raised as a Muslim, and is a committed Christian."

Apparently Malik Obama, himself a Muslim, had not read the press release.

Melanie Phillips is the most recent commentator to draw attention to the massive body of evidence that leaves no doubt that Barak Hussein Obama was born a Muslim (Islam is patrilineal) and raised a Muslim (so registered in school, acknowledging attending Islamic classes, reported accompanying his step-father to the mosque, and able to recite the Koran in the original Arabic).

Reuven Koret, Aaron Klein and Daniel Pipes have previously pointed to the attempts by Obama and his campaign to conceal the candidate's Muslim background. The well documented evidence draws upon the on-the-ground interviews by researchers in Indonesia and Kenya, published quotations of Obama's childhood friends and his school records, as well as the candidate's own autobiography.

It is not clear whether Barack Obama will now disown his half-brother Malik for acknowledging that shared family background. In any case, some one should notify "Fight the Smear" tout de suite. Perhaps they can get him with the program.

I find it intersting that not one person in media, news or any faction of information has brought to light the complete thoughts of the "doomsday" couple...The Obamas...

The 1985 thesis provides a trove of Michelle Obama's thoughts as a young woman, with many of the paper's statements describing the student's world as seen through a race-based prism.

"My experiences at Princeton have made me far more aware of my 'blackness' than ever before," the future Mrs. Obama wrote in her thesis introduction. "I have found that at Princeton, no matter how liberal and open-minded some of my white professors and classmates try to be toward me, I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really don't belong. Regardless of the circumstances underwhich I interact with whites at Princeton, it often seems as if, to them, I will always be black first and a student second."

Obama writes that the path she chose by attending Princeton would likely lead to her "further integration and/or assimilation into a white cultural and social structure that will only allow me to remain on the periphery of society; never becoming a full participant."

In defining the concept of identification or the ability to identify with the black community," the Princeton student wrote, "I based my definition on the premise that there is a distinctive black culture very different from white culture." Other thesis statements specifically pointed to what was seen by the future Mrs. Obama as racially insensitive practices in a university system populated with mostly Caucasian educators and students: "Predominately white universities like Princeton are socially and academically designed to cater to the needs of the white students comprising the bulk of their enrollments."

Perhaps one of the most germane subjects approached in the thesis is a section in which she conveyed views about political relations between black and white communities. She quotes the work of sociologists James Conyers and Walter Wallace, who discussed "integration of black official(s) into various aspects of politics" and notes "problems which face these black officials who must persuade the white community that they are above issues of race and that they are representing all people and not just black people," as opposed to creating "two separate social structures."

To research her thesis, the future Mrs. Obama sent an 18-question survey to a sampling of 400 black Princeton graduates, requesting the respondents define the amount of time and "comfort" level spent interacting with blacks and whites before they attended the school, as well as during and after their University years. Other questions dealt with their individual religious beliefs, living arrangements, careers, role models, economic status, and thoughts about lower class blacks. In addition, those surveyed were asked to choose whether they were more in line with a "separationist and/or pluralist" viewpoint or an "integrationist and/or assimilationist" ideology.

Just under 90 alums responded to the questionnaires (for a response rate of approximately 22 percent) and the conclusions were not what she expected. "I hoped that these findings would help me conclude that despite the high degree of identification with whites as a result of the educational and occupational path that black Princeton alumni follow, the alumni would still maintain a certain level of identification with the black community. However, these findings do not support this possibility."

This doesn't even account for the drilling of known oil deposits in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.    Thanks to the environmentalist lobby and its influence on Democratic legislators in Congress, the U.S. has, for decades, been prohibited from drilling for oil in places that we know contain billions of barrels of proven reserves.

***China, Cuba, Canada and others continue to drill off our shores where US companies are not allowed to drill because of Democratic policies!

Yes, that's right  . China and Cuba are actively exploring oil fields 50 miles from Key West, Florida while U.S. companies are barred from working in this area because of U.S. policy . So, instead of allowing the most environmentally responsible companies to operate there and increase our domestic supply, China, who has a dismal environmental record, is preparing to suck our close, lucrative oil reserves dry.   Unbelievable.   Investor's Business Daily recently explained how irresponsible the Democrats have been on the energy crisis. They lay into what they consider to be the worst Congress ever for . ~ Failing to allow drilling in ANWR. We have, as President Bush noted, estimated capacity of a million barrels of oil a day from this source alone -- enough for 27 million gallons of gas and diesel. But Congress won't touch it, fearful of the clout of the environmental lobby. As a result, you pay through the nose at the pump so your representative can raise campaign cash.

~ Refusing to build new refineries. The U.S. hasn't built one since 1976, yet the EPA requires at least 15 unique 'boutique' fuel blends that can be sold in different areas around the nation. This means that U.S. refinery capacity is stretched so tight that even the slightest problem at a refinery causes enormous supply problems and price spikes. Congress has done nothing about this.

~ Turning its back on nuclear power. It's safe and, with advances in nuclear reprocessing technology, waste problems have been minimized. Still, we have just 104 nuclear plants -- the same as a decade ago -- producing just 19% of our total energy. (Many European nations produce 40% or more of their power with nuclear.) Granted, nuclear power plants are expensive -- about $3 billion each. But they produce energy at $1.72/kilowatt-hour vs. $2.37 for coal and $6.35 for natural gas.

~ Raising taxes on energy producers. This is where a basic understanding of economics would help: Higher taxes and needless regulation lead to less production of a commodity. So by proposing 'windfall' and other taxes on energy companies plus tough new rules, Congress only makes our energy situation worse.

These are just a few of Congress' sins of omission -- all while India, China, Eastern Europe and the Middle East are adding more than a million barrels of new demand each and every year. New Energy Department forecasts see world oil demand growing 40% by 2030, including a 28% increase in the U.S.

Americans who are worried about the direction of their country, including runaway energy and food prices, should keep in mind the upcoming election isn't just about choosing a new president. We'll also pick a new Congress.

I have heard this, and bloggers I know you will correct me if I am wrong, but FJH had a MANDATORY school function about the muslim faith.  They went over prayer postures, times and the entire muslim faith and how it should be accepted.  I have been under the impression, since last week a male teacher was fired from a school for refusing to remove the bible from his class room desk, that there is no church related activities in school.  The kids now can not even wear a cross or a t-shirt with any CHRISTIAN remarks on it. 

 

We have completely succumed to the very people we are fighting...

Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff clarified that federal border agents would not impede a hurricane evacuation from south Texas by checking fleeing residents' documents, diverting from plans confirmed by Border Patrol officials in the state only days earlier.

 

Speaking at a hurricane preparedness gathering Tuesday at FEMA headquarters in Washington, Chertoff said he wanted to "drive a stake through the heart of a misapprehension which is out there."

Texas officials reacted with concern when patrol officials along the Texas-Mexico line said last week that checkpoints 75 miles north of the border would remain in operation during a hurricane evacuation. Officials also had said agents would make checks at evacuation hubs where fleeing residents lacking transportation would board buses.

Local emergency management officials feared the checkpoints could become bottlenecks for traffic fleeing the coast and the low-lying Rio Grande Valley, and could dissuade illegal immigrants and legal residents with undocumented family members from heading to safety.

The policy clarification continued locally Wednesday when Ronald Vitiello, chief of the Border Patrol's Rio Grande Valley Sector, released a letter echoing Chertoff's remarks.

Krista Piferrer, a spokeswoman for Texas Gov. Rick Perry, termed the idea of operating the checkpoints in a hurricane "nonsensical" and said the state was pleased to be back on the same page with the federal government.

Not sure about anyone else but it seems like aploy to get the illegals in without having to say we are letting them in...we are "saving them"...

 

Big Big Issue…

You’re not going to believe this… but I hope you hear this and I hope you get really pissed off when I tell you.



Keep in mind… we still have a little bit of time here… but it’s only because the House of Representatives unexpectedly delayed the Iraq supplemental spending Bill Thursday, the full Senate won't be allowed to vote on the amnesty bill that the Senate Appropriations Committee unexpectedly took up and approved Thursday and attached to it.



If you didn’t catch that… I’ll spell it out. There is an AMNESTY Bill attached to an IRAQ spending bill. So in order to fund our troops and their safety… Feinstein wants to trade that for Criminal Amnesty.



It now looks like the full Senate won't be allowed to vote on the amnesty for around 1.3 million illegal alien ag workers (plus their families) until next Wednesday.



That gives us some time to beat this atrocity.



This bill is sick and really does about four things.



- Grant a three-year work visa followed by a permanent greencard to all illegal aliens who have been working as shepherds, goat herders and dairy herders.



- Grant a five-year work visa to the estimated 1.3 million illegal aliens working in other agricultural jobs -- plus all of their families. There is no instruction on what happens after the five years.



- Grant a tripling of the maximum number of H-2B visas for lower skill, non-agricultural seasonal workers.



- Grant industries an extra 218,000 additional permanent green cards for skilled foreign workers.



And the worst part about the whole this is that we’ve told Congress about a hundred times that WE DON’T WANT CRIMINAL AMNESTY IN ANY FASHION.



Here’s what it takes to qualify.



You only have to meet ONE of the following three criteria to get the amnesty:

• Earned $7,000 working in agriculture during the 2004-2007 period.



• Or worked 863 hours in agriculture during the 2004-2007 period.



• Or worked at least a little bit in agriculture on 150 different days during the 2004-2007 period.



That amounts to an average of $1,750 per year ...

... or 216 hours per year (the equivalent of 4 hours per week) ...

... or parts of 37 days per year.



Call the offices of both of your state's U.S.

Senators and tell them:

• The Senate Appropriations Committee on Thursday afternoon committed an outrageous act of disrespect for our men and women in uniform and to the citizens of this country by attaching an illegal-alien amnesty to the Iraq spending bill.



• Urge the Senator to vote and work to strip the amnesty from the Iraq spending bill on the floor.



• You - or the Senator - may already oppose this spending bill. But if the Senator is inclined to vote YES on the Iraq bill, ask the Senator to definitely vote NO and send it back to committee if the amnesty is NOT stripped.



• There is no need for an amnesty to provide growers with workers. There already is an H-2A foreign ag worker program that provides growers with an unlimited number of temporary workers if the growers agree to pay a decent wage and ensure that they go home at the end of the season. Feinstein is just trying to protect the abysmally low wages and bad working conditions that farmworkers labor under.



We don’t want AMNESTY… We don’t want the NAU… We shouldn’t be kneeling before a bunch of Criminal Immigrants.



This makes me sick.

I live in Spring and have used the same lil oil/lube spot for 3 years now.  Today I go there to have and oil change and a state inpection performed.  I drive up to ear busting music and profain language coming from a vehicle that is being inspected.  The driver and the employees are all standing around the truck listening and talking...with the bays full of cars.  Upon driving my car in the bay I am informed they now charge $5 for removing the dust cover on my truck.  I was upset, but hey everything is on the rise and they are just masking a charge and they have been good in the past.  I tend to be an OVER loyal customer. 

 

Oil change is done and I am waiting on my inspection.   I wait for 45 minutes until they even drive my car in the bay.  The "state inspector", not once, put the phone down from his ear the entire hour and 45 minutes I was there.  A female drives up, he calls her over and talks to her another 5 minutes, trying to get a piece i presume. 

Then another female comes up and starts talking to the "manager" and her car gets pulled int the bay next to mine.  I am guessing they thought I would not notice, but they ran the machines computer plug through her passenger window, did her inspection and placed her sticker on the window.  I go into the office and ask the manager if that is normal practice to skip people for attractive females.  He tells me "it is a friend of the owner."    I still not sure if my race had an issue in it all or if these guys just need a woman's attention that bad am.

I am in customer service and Pit Pro on Aldine Westfield in Spring TX has none.  After all my work was performed, everyone was off the phone and all headed inside to talk to the last female that was there...as I stated to the manager, It is just bad business.

Skip this place if you get a chance!!!!! 

Now I am not sure who knew about the rallys and protests in NOLA for the signing away of our country...but our rights were violated and crushed.  The thing I want to see now is how these same officers handle the south of the border rallys we are going to have to endure in the next day or so. 

The employers should fire anyone that does not show up and law enforcement should check for legal status...But we all know they won't do that...it is un-American...HA!
